This case was supposed to be better than other battery cases because the wireless charging would allow the USB port to be smaller and provide a thinner case. What they don't tell you is that this case takes away several features. 1- no NFC This case is so thick on the back that you can't use NFC to connect to anything nor can the phone be used for tap to pay 2- no wireless charging (QI) This case takes place of any other QI chargers, docks, or mounts. When it says "passthrough" charging, it is talking about USB to case to phone. Thus the only way to charge the phone is now by USB, either to the phone itself or to the case 3- massive heat This case is terrible at producing heat. The phone has no way to cool down since the back has a massive battery. Even when charging the phone directly VIA USB and not from the case the phone cannot dissipate heat. These massive problems do not counter the pro of having a battery with your phone at all times. The case does not provide much protection and the battery does not give the phone much a boost. The battery can't fast charge the phone and for this price it should. I cannot recommend this case.
