Our 1 day old Eureka NEC180 RapidClean Pro Cordless Vacuum cleaner's LI 25.2 volt battery would not recharge after just one time use. When I plugged in the battery charger it did not work, no charging indicator lights came on. I called Eureka Customer Service department and asked if they could send me a new battery charger. I even offered to purchase a new charger and pay for shipping myself. The Customer service receptionist informed me that Eureka DOES NOT HAVE ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR THEIR brand new NEC 180 VACUUMS!. I paid $149.00 for a Eureka vacuum that only lasted less than 1 day. Thank God that I purchased this from Amazon.com who even paid the shipping cost of returning this useless vacuum back to Amazon. Bottom line: I will never purchase ANYTHING that is manufactured by EUREKA again.
