Help a mom out
We're having the same problem a lot of people seem to be having. If you open the app it freezes at the first screen and won't continue anywhere. We haven't even been able to create a profile to get started or anything. My son's tablet is brand new so it should not have anything to do with that. Please fix so the kids can enjoy the app they see advertised all the time! I have to remind them almost every time that it doesn't work.
