Hey, Boo.
I know you’re considering buying these. I know you’re just trying to get some nice, low-maintenance napkins. Paper towels are so wasteful, and white linen just gives an air of sophistication to everything, you know? But don’t buy these. Like you, this is all I wanted. But I was so disappointed that I sat here to write a review for you. Life is short and precious: don’t waste it in buying these napkins, only to be mad with yourself for buying some cheap crap again because you wanted to believe the positive reviews but now you have to return them. Sure, free returns are great, but gah, it’s just one more thing for you to have to do. These feel cheap, they might wipe stuff up, but is that really want you want? Cheap nonsense that’s “sort of absorbent, I guess?” - No. You want nice, real linens that can be folded into weird napkin sculptures because that’s a thing that you want to be able to do. You want to be able to wash them and dry them and not have it be some orchestrated show. Sorry, Boo - these napkins won’t do those things. These aren’t what you want. The ones on the left? Yeah, those are the ones you want. Find a restaurant supply store (in your town, if possible), and buy them there, regardless of the cost. At least you won’t have to return them and go through the review process hassle again. Good luck out there. I believe you’ll make the right decision.
