It's crap - the processor bowl cracked - customer service WON'T HELP and I've had it less than a month!
NOT dishwasher safe - processor bowl cracked - customer service WON'T HELP and I've had it less than a month! ALL the product materials clearly say parts are "BPA free and dishwasher safe," but perhaps the 2nd time I pulled my processor bowl out of the dishwasher, put the lid on, and it cracked straight down the side. Piece of crap. I contacted customer service and they won't help, I bought it at BJs online and it has been exactly 1 month + 1 day since I placed the order - I've had it in the house less than a month as it took 5-6 days to arrive. Crap product and inexcusable customer service, I cannot recommend.
