Once upon a time I could find a song or album and either get free (prime) or buy it. I could download and listen to my music. Now I can't buy a song, something about my AMAZON KINDLE (yes I'm shouting!) not an approved device. I still have the music I bought and most of the Prime music that hasn't been taken away by the record companies that only allowed circulation for awhile; which wasn't mentioned until I investigated. Now Amazon has taken away the ability to change the volume by removing the icon. I must now go to settings and change the media volume every time I switch to/from music and my videos. Amazon has gotten too big for it's britches and I can and will shop elsewhere. I have contact them and get nowhere because the support staff, now there is an oxymoron for you, don't get the problem or argue that what you are asking was never a reality. As for other items Amazon is no longer less expensive than other websites. E. T. Nosera
