I just got mine. I watched the video. I went and bought Distilled Water. I followed the instructions. I used the cup to make a hole in the pointed top of the egg. Added the correct amount of water... I turned it on. The water over flowed....and look at my eggs. I only did 7 eggs....They are not even cooked all the way through.....Please help....I am so disappointed...
