I would like to start by saying I love this product and have been using it almost every day for years. The reason I am giving it a 1 star review on Amazon is because the product I received was not the real thing. I normally buy this leave in conditioner at my local beauty supply store, but I was leaving for a trip and thought I would save myself a trip to the store by ordering this with my Amazon Prime 2-day shipping. The product arrived quickly and packaged well, but as soon as I unscrewed the cap I could tell by the smell that this was either watered down or another kind of conditioner all together. Sure enough when I poured a small amount onto my counter next to the small amount that was left in my previous bottle the color and consistency were different. Just beware of buying a salon brand online, especially if it is the first time you are trying a product and wouldn't know what it should look and smell like. If you order this from Amazon and don't like the product, please please try buying it from an authorized salon product seller and your results may be very different.
