We purchased 2 of these beds a long time ago for our two 9 lb Maltese and decided to get 2 more when we had some credits to use up. We had the same issue both times where the indented stitching on the outside that is supposed to hold the interior filler in place is NOT stitched well at all and comes out / doesn't hold. So when you wash them, the interior padding is completely lopsided and even trying to shake it out to redistribute the padding to get it back into place does NOT work. My dog would not go back in his crate with it like that so we had to use old bedding that was doubled for cushioning. Even the outside corner stitching didn't hold when we shook it out to redistribute the padding as you can see in the pictures attached. It has been a royal pain. Initially we were thrilled that we could toss it in the wash but when the product can't hold up to the wash, it is a waste of money. I would love to get my money back but doubt they will do that at this point.
