Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This unit struggled to start a 1995 Honda Civic 1.6 with a worn battery still slowly turning on it's own. I plugged the unit to the starter, stated 13 volts, took three attempts because the unit was timing out, started at 98% ended at 62%. I don't know what to say. It may be defective. I also began to research the reviews and leads to believe they are not truly registered. Worst part is that they now send me email after email asking I remove my review almost daily. Cheap and terrible product and even worse customer service. Buy your item somewhere else and save yourself the trouble and aggrevation.
