I bought a pair of these shoes about 18 month ago and have been wearing them every day. They are comfortable right out of the box. So, I ordered another pair of the same model recently. On my fourth wearing of these shoes, I noticed that the velcro parts separated, and that the rigid velcro part is separating from the shoe strap. The strap is beginning to stretch as a result. Either Propet has changed their manufacturer in China or I just "lucked" upon a bad shoe. Either way, they are not going to last very long. The problem is, I was so confident in these shoes that I threw the boxes away after my first wear. I'm stuck. If you order these, LOOK THEM OVER CAREFULLY, and keep the packaging for a while. Update: Amazon replaced these shoes with another pair of the same. Upon receiving them, I looked the new ones over carefully. These shoes have the exact same issue. In fact, one of the straps had already separated without ever being used. So they also were returned immediately to Amazon. I also sent a note to Propet USA, but have not heard back from them. I recommend NOT purchasing this shoe.
