I was optimistic to try this product and excited when it arrived. It is sturdy and passed the water test. The case is clear, which is what I wanted and a great design. The front of the case is a thin plastic type material. However, I had 4 flaws with it. 1.) Ihave an after market (longer) charger for my iPhone 6s Plus. It did not fit in the charger hole. I had to switch it for my Apple (short) charger cord. Inconvenient but not a deal breaker. 2.) It also "stuck" to my phone in one spot only leaving a dark bubble on the screen under the plastic cover. It didn't go away after cleaning my phone and the cover. It's annoying but I could have lived with it. 3.) Then, I tried unlocking my phone with the fingerprint reader. The first time it worked. After that, it didn't. I even tried cleaning it. Still no luck. 4.) The deal breaker, however, was that no one could hear me with the case on. I had several people say, "if you can hear me, I can't hear you. I'm hanging up. Call back." I loved the design and reasonable price but sadly it didn't work for me. ***UPDATE*** After writing this review, I was contacted by the seller. They offered to replace the case or refund. I told them I wanted a refund, which I would have gotten through Amazon anyway. After the refund was given, they emailed and called me several times a day trying to get me to remove this review. The fact that they gave me a refund does not change the fact that their product does not work as described. Now I know why this product had a 5-star review when I purchased it and why the other 1-star reviews have been deleted. Buyer beware. The reviews are not as good as they seem.
