Not packaged, not sealed...super sketchy
Got these and they came loose in an envelope, not in manufacturer's packaging. Furthermore, the lot numbers indicate they're over a year old (4 year shelf-life, so...) and worst of all there is no seal on the cap so who the heck knows when they were packaged or if they've been tampered with.
