I wanted to wait til I actually utilized the pans for awhile before writing a review. When I first got the pans I was excited and the packaging was lovely they looked fantastic. I initially noticed that the bottom of the pans would be an issue as they were completely flat with no heat thermal rings. The inside coating of the pans are phenomenal and durable it holds up very well. The bottom and outside coating stains(I have an open flame stove). The handles including the lid tops get so hot that you need a mitt to handle if you are cooking on medium heat. I have burned myself numerous times while utilizing the pans for dinner meals that require more than 20mins of heat time. Also the handle triangle opening is a pain to clean. Sadly I would not recommend these pots, so much potential because the inside coating is spectacular but there are more cons then pros.
