Customer service is absolutely pathetic! I can't get anyone to call me back to help me get the base station connected. I followed the instructions exactly, and even had a friend try, and no one can understand why it doesn't work. I call customer support and am put on hold for an hour and then I give up. I tried morning, afternoon, and evening and can't get through. I also emailed CS and the response didn't address my questions, they just reminded me to set up a test, which I can't do because the system is not connected. This is unacceptable. I can't even assess the product b/c can't get past step 1! Don't waste your money & time.
