I contacted the company about the difference between the title and the description. This is a latex "infused" mattress topper. The description, "made with 100% natural, single-origin latex, with no fillers or synthetic additives" apparently means the latex used has no fillers or additives, but it is combined with fillers and additives, thus is infused. If you are looking for a latex topper, this isn't it.
