So after my first purchase of this mop it lasted about a month until the cap broke on the water container. Upon noticing this it had already leaked into the electrical part of the mop short circuiting it rendering the mop unusable. I thought perhaps it was just a defect so I purchased another one of these mops. Here another month or so later SAME ISSUE. The cap has broken AGAIN. Not sure whether the mop still works or not. Bissell should look into this problem
