I started using the SoundAsleep mattress one month ago and was pretty satisfied with the product. A few days ago I was sinking into the bed and realized I had a leak. Upon investigation I found this open seam (see attached picture, when the bed is fully inflated the hole blows out air quite quickly) joining one of the air coils to the top. I was willing to let this go if I could patch it up myself, but the worst part is it's location at the seam makes it impossible to easily seal as the seam depresses as the mattress inflates. Frankly, If this had been a puncture caused by me I would just deal with it, but to see such a showstopping defect one month into owning it is incredibly disappointing. I understand things get past Quality Control but this just ridiculous. I just tried calling the support line to discuss this issue and nobody picked up. At this point, unless they are willing to replace this defective mattress I will probably use their 1 year guarantee to get my money back on this. I just hope they are not intentionally ignoring my to avoid honoring the warranty.
