INCREASED the Parts Per Million in my shower!!
When I was reading the instructions concerning replacement filters, I noticed in BOLD print that you could not use the water for aquariums as it did not take out enough chlorine AND that the filter contained SULFITES. What? I buy shampoo WITHOUT sulfites and now I buy a filter that ADDS them? Wish I had seen this on the Amazon ad before I bought it! ("This product is not to be used as a drinking water treatment unity or for aquarium water. Contains sulfites.)
I took my meter that determines PPM (Parts per million) in water and retested my tap water (155 PPM), my filtered water that is also alkalinized (29 PPM), and then tested the water from my shower with the filter installed (yes, I had used the unite the day before. I washed my hair! 195 PPM) The highest PPM was from my new shower filter!
I didn't want to add MORE reasons for my hair to be dry or turn my platinum hair yellow.
