I am very upset. I have been using this filter on my showerhead for almost two months to filter out chlorine and chloramine. I have Lyme Disease and it is very important for me to eliminate toxins wherever possible. My husband is a certified Water Quality Analyst for the city, and yesterday he tested the water with a test kit from the municipality. He tested it almost 10 times for both chlorine and chloramine, and the results show NO difference from the amounts of chlorine and chloramine in the water that leaves the water treatment plant. We even tried turning the filter in various directions and replacing it with a new one. Here are pictures of two of the chlorine tests. I hope I can get my money back and find a filtration system that does what it is supposed to do. If anyone can suggest any that work, please leave me a comment. Thank you.
