I'm a little confused by the reviews because I live for reading the reviews before I buy products, and this ice maker miss the mark. It makes ice, let's get that out the way.. 1). It does not have the option to change size of ice cubes like advertised. 2). It makes 8 ice cubes every 10 minutes or so. 3). They will melt if you don't store them in the freezer quickly. 4). It fills up with (3) regular size water bottles 16.9 oz and after all the ice is made it can make a ziplock bag full. 5). Product is made well, but it can take hours to make a sufficient amount of ice to satisfy a family meal or a gathering of 2-3 ppl 6). Also, the ice seems to melt really fast, if you use the first 8 cubes that comes out and add juice, water, and/or alcohol it will melt in your drink really fast and by the next batch the cubes from the first round in your cup would have melted. Delivery took about two days, but overall the machine is not that great... Oh! and do not be fouled by the brand cause that is what got me at first because I have a couple of Frigidaire product's and they are impeccable, I'm very disappointed in this one... :( :( :(
