Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This gel is pleasant to the touch and does a nice job of moisture gel. However, I purchased it because I have bags under my eyes and wanted to get rid of them. I am half way through the jar and see no difference. I do not have dark circles, so I cannot comment on that aspect of this product. It is as good as, but no better than, Neutrogena Hydrogel, which is significantly less expensive. Thus, I cannot recommend this product. If results improve with the second half of the jar, I will amend this review.
