The foil top to most of the cups in the last 2 cases that I received have not been attached very good. When you close the lid to the coffee maker the needle pokes the hole in the top, with the foil not attached well it get pushed up and the coffee comes out of the top of the cup. (I have a brand new coffee maker) This makes a very big mess when you are brewing your cup of coffee. When I first started to order this coffee the cups (a year ago) never had this problem. I don't understand what happened to them but I really hope the company will fix this. I posted a picture in the customer picture section to show what it looks like.
