If you're thinking of "up0grading" an earlier version of this software, forget it. This version basically does nothing that couldn't be accomplished with the 2010 version, and it adds a ridiculous extra "feature" that requires you to log on to the Intuit Web site when you use it. I see no reason I should even have to be connected to the Internet to use standalone software I've bought and paid for, let alone signed on to an online account. This is a plainly stupid unnecessary intrusion on our personal and financial privacy.
