I purchased this product based on a TV advertisement. There is no photo or drawing on the box to tell you how large the pills actually are, which many manufacturers provide. Only after opening the box and breaking the seal to the container could I see that they were HUGE and would be impossible for many people, including me, to swallow. I contacted the manufacturer by e-mail, asking if I could crush them up in applesauce, food, or dissolve them in water and they told me it was inadvisable, as it would diminish the efficacy of the supplement. So, essentially, I have about $30 of worthless pills that I can't use and I can't return. A rip off!
