Shame on you big fish. Jumping on the band wagon and adding all of those in app purchases. Amazon does not refund issues with in app purchases so think twice before using this costly tool. I wavered and ended up purchasing extra lives. I kept receiving notices saying the purchase did not go thru...however, the billing did. Five charges in a row but never received the extra lives. Amazon did refund the charges but said they normally will not. Also an issue is not having a sign in for different members. My husband was playing on the HD and I am playing on the HDX. Somehow my progress ended up on his kindle and I lost all progress. No, we were not both signed in thru Facebook. Big Fish has yet to fix the bugs in Emerland which I brought to their attention. Too anxious to get this latest game out and raking in the money I guess.. Two thumbs down. April 16 update. For all of you gopher lovers, this app is worse than originally thought. I have tried unsuccessfully to get satisfaction with the in-app purchasing. I tried once more to purchase 5 extra cards last night and was told the purchase went thru but never received the cards. I tried once again, still nothing. I did have the two charges from my bank. I know Amazon stated their policy is to NOT refund for this sort of thing so I went to the BIGFISH site to lodge a complaint. No surprise-you can't use their complaint form. There are are several items that are mandatory to complete before you can send the complaint. The very first item will not let you type anything in or use the drop down so you cannot sent the complaint. Below that was an email address for them. I typed up an email and hit send. A few minutes later I get a message saying it was not a valid address. So......we have a company that I thought was awesome that takes my money, does not deliver the product, and i have no way to contact them. Isn't there something illegal in all of this? You can bet your nine irons I will find out!
