I've had this for 6 months and I hate it. My husband (a carpenter) bolted it to the underside of our cabinet and it has never laid straight. It started off at a slight angle down to the counter but over time has increased a greater angle more and more. At first I could tighten the part that held to the arm and it was humor me for about an hour and then fall again. Now I can't tighten it at all and it just hangs down. Soon the towels will just slide right off. Total waste of money, I should have kept my standing one on the counter that was broken, that one irritated me less than this one does.
