Update: Used it only 2X. Third time it stopped working. Soo annoyed! ..... Great product! It straightens my hair beautifully, especially cause I have 4C kinky hair. I only have to apply it once, no do overs and it gets the job done! Absolutely love it. Except when in use it tends to switch off cause of the location of the on/off button which is right on the handle. It's such an inconvenience cause I constantly have to double check if I didn't switch if off by mistake. Otherwise...its perfect
