I have two major complaints about this product. First, it is not squirrel-proof. It took the squirrels in my yard about ten seconds to get to the food. But more than that, the birds don’t like it. My previous bird feeder attracted cardinals, goldfinches, tufted titmouse, purple finches, indigo grosbeaks, and even red bibbed grosbeaks. This feeder only attracts house finches even though I am using the same exact birdseed mix that I used in my other bird feeder. The goldfinches try to get to it, but there isn’t enough room since there are not single perches, and the house finches take up too much room. This is the single most disappointing bird feeder I have ever bought. I don’t think I kept the box or I would return it. The reviews made it look so good I tossed the box immediately. My bad.
