I had the same problem as some others who wrote a negative review. Upon collecting my bag after its very first use, the zipper seam was ripped away from the top of the bag. Bag was not overloaded - it fit my car seat and base easily. I realize luggage gets beat up, but I expected the bag to last for more than one flight. Update - Within 24 hours of posting my review, I was contacted by the vendor and was given the choice of a full refund or a new product. Thank you to J&B Trading for excellent and timely customer service.
