Buyer beware. I shopped long and hard before buying this chair for my nursery. For the most part I liked it, though the foot rest was really hard to close. Easy fabric to clean up, and comfortable. BUT... I regret buying it. Seven months later it started to creak badly and rock unevenly. WD-40 didn't help. Suddenly, while my husband and baby were reclining in it, a main support in the base sheared apart. They both tumbled out and into the wall (they're ok). The support bar is in two pieces and we can't use the chair anymore (see photo). Because I liked it up until it became a death trap, I considered asking for a replacement from the seller. AVOID THIS SELLER. They outright ignored my attempts to negotiate, and instead flat-out denied my refund request because it was over their 30-day return window. It made no difference that it was clearly a product defect, and a dangerous one; they will hide behind their return policy no matter how egregious the defect. I am disappointed and without a nursery chair! Go with a better company and a better chair if you want assurance that your money will be well spent.
