We loved this chair with 2 huge exceptions. At 11 months our child figured out how to easily kick the safety with his toes and pop the tray right off. After that he was able to do it 100% of the time if he wanted to... meaning we could no longer look away even for a second with food on the tray... ever. Also for those who might ever not strap their kid in (which I wouldn't ever recommend in the first place) this is a huge safety hazard. Also while the chair is easy to wipe down if you're dealing with crumbs or sauce it's a pain to get the liner off to do a deep cleaning if they spill anything that gets under it.
