I can no longer recommend this product. Jarrow has changed their marketing policy to require customers prescribe to a monthly delivery of Vitamin K2. I had been taking this particular Vitamin K2 for over 5 years. My doctor was convinced of Vitamin K2s power to strengthen bones and remove calcium from arteries, veins and soft tissue. But Jarrow Marketing decided to put in tiny wording the requirement that buyers are AUTOMATICALLY SIGNING UP FOR BOTTLES OF THIS PRODUCT EVERY MONTH. I no longer recommend this pill to my friends and my doctors warn their patients of this stupid sales practice. Until Jarrow modifys their sales policy I will no longer take or recommend anything made by Jarrow.
