Looking for a thorough, scientific, well-researched study of Skinwalker Ranch? THIS AIN'T IT!
These "scientists" turned actors don't know how to perform a proper scientific investigation. They tried to triangulate something by eyeballing a map and using string! When they might capture something on video . . . oops, it suddenly stopped working . . . not showing you it stopped, but telling you. "Trust us!" The new owner, Brandon Fugal, brought in Dr. Travis Taylor (who has been on other History channel programs) from Alabama. Because he's an astrophysicist? No, because he knows how History Channel likes its "science" to be performed. They had also brought in someone from Alabama to help with an "experiment" with rockets. I have lived in the Salt Lake Valley for most of my life. It's a couple hours West of Skinwalker Ranch. There are resources they failed to tap for studying the ranch. University of Utah which not only has some excellent researchers in various fields, but also has an excellent relationship with the Ute tribes. Clarke Planetarium which has staff members who are excellent scientists. Even the Salt Lake Astronomical Society could have been called in to help with launching rockets at least. Physical injuries allegedly caused by the Ranch isn't investigated medically at all. Just a couple X-rays. No blood work, no analysis of the fluids, etc. Blisters are put down as radiation burns, but are remarkably local. Claims of bad feelings are common. The "security chief" seems more like someone who would put "250 hours playing Call of Duty" as qualifications on his resume. He's more skittish than a red shirt on Star Trek about to beam down with Captain Kirk. He is afraid of digging on the ranch at all . . . then there's been digging on the ranch for years! Fence posts, basements, structures . . . all have required digging, but no explanation or investigations. Mysterious rooms, mysterious cisterns, mysterious lights in the sky... none of which is properly investigated. It's like these scientists took their researching skills from ghost hunting shows.
