As someone who suffers from a lot of hand pain when taking notes, I thought this pen was worth a go. I generally use Pilot Acroball (have for years) and have always been pleased with them. This pen is 2-3 times the diameter of the model I love, and has significant heft. It hurts my thumb just to grip/hold, let alone write with. The ink skips out frequently when writing with it, leaving me turning it every which way in hopes to regain consistent flow. It may be a sleek design, but it is honestly an awful writing instrument that is highly uncomfortable.
