Activation is a Scam - Instructions to avoid scam
Set everything up and the screen said 'Hello' but nothing worked. We had registered it but after many attempts to reach Technical support, we finally found out we needed to activate it at ifit.com. This is the scam part. You fill out all the info and then have to enter a credit card for a 'Free' 30 day trial program. DON'T DO IT unless you want the extra exercise programs. If you just want to activate it, do the following: HOLD the Bluetooth button down for 25-35 seconds. Ignore the SINGLE beeps. Keep holding until you hear a Double beep, then let go. You will see zero's cross the screen. It is now activated.
