Mine was different from what is pictured, with "Igloo" written across the front, and a different style handle. Then it wouldn't cool as advertised, only getting down to 30 deg below ambient, and not the 40 advertised...big difference. Then on top of that, after I let it run for a couple of days to give it every chance possible to work right, I then tried the heat, and after a few minutes it died completely, nothing worked any longer. If all that isn't bad enough, Amazon has had it back in their possession for better than 10 days now, and I still haven't received a refund. I had built such a trust here, I moved 90% of my buying to Amazon, but after this and a few other incidents, I'm losing faith fast. :(
