Not good.
Be careful with this. I LOVED it, and swore it was the only thing that worked/ healed my lips. It was recommended by my dermatologist after i complained of dry lips. I used it for like 2 years because nothing else worked. Anytime I would try another chapstick, my lips would burn and dry out so bad. I realized Cortibalm was making me dependent on hydrocortizone, and actually hurting my lips (lips became darker and the skin felt thinner) making me think i needed more, only to in turn keep feeding a viscous cycle. Finally I was able to throw all out, and turn to all natural lip care. It was hard bc my lips felt like they NEEDED cortibalm and couldnt manage without - but with persistance I was able to stop. I did more research amd learned about the dangers of too much hydrocortizone on delicate skin like the lips, so though it might “feel good” to use, I would skip this.
