I have used a different brand of Minoxidil for over 20 years and was very happy with the way it worked and it NEVER caused the HAIR LOSS that Keranique caused. I continued to use Keranique because the information on the package says that any initial hair loss is not uncommon, means that the product is working and is only temporary. After three weeks of watching my hair fall out all over the place and realizing that my hair seemed to be at least 25% THINNER than it had been before I started using Keranique, I stopped using it. I contacted the company via email and received a reply that my concern was being forwarded to the "appropriate department". That was 10 days ago and I've yet to hear anything further from them. I don't know why I switched, really - I saw their ads all the time and I assumed one brand of Minoxidil is as good as another but I really regret that decision. So now I'm out the money as well as having even thinner hair than I've ever had. NO I would definitely not recommend this product.
