I followed the directions and charged for a full 10 hours prior to my first use. It started out pretty good, but literally only lasted 12-15 minutes. The roller wore down really fast too. Pretty disappointed with this purchase. I have a cheap $10 battery operated one that I should've reordered. Update: This company has repeatedly reached out to me since posting this negative review and has sent me TWO replacements free of charge... So three total callus removers I've tried - and they are all junk. Second one "turns on" but the the roller didn't spin at all. Third one was just like the first, works great for maybe 5 mins before battery starts to crap out. I would give customer service 5 stars, but still only 1 star (since I can't give 0) for the product.
