In exchange for this review, I will receive a $10 Amazon Gift Card. I have 2 short haired dogs who shed a decent amount. My last vacuum died after only 5 months of use. This was super easy to put together & picked up an unreal amount of dirt and hair after just one use- I couldn't believe it. The swivel feature is great and the retractable cord is probably one of my favorite features. This was money well spent! EDIT- I bought this in Feb, it is not end of April and it already doesn't work. I've used this less than 20 times as I don't have much carpet and only vacuum upstairs once a week or so. I've barely used it, I always clean and empty after and still the belt burned out and already needs to be replaced. I wish I listened to the one star reviews and never wasted my money.
