Where to begin.... I was really hoping to like this product but there are so many connectivity issues. After REPEATED attempts to pair with an iPhone 8 Plus, I give up. I have tried the Polar app several times to no avail. I can occasionally get it to pair via Bluetooth and appear in the Health app. But when you want to work out (for me road cycling), you don’t want to waste 30 plus minutes TRYING to get it to work. It is suppose to record a workout but then that doesn’t work. Lastly, the Amazon site said at the time of purchase that the warranty could be extended to 3 years for free. However, upon reviewing the site today, I see no mention of extending the warranty. Unfortunately for me, I am outside of the return period so I am stuck with this piece of junk and out the money. I am so frustrated with this product - I suggest looking for another product if you want something thats actually reliable and you can capture your heart rate.
