Nice design and sound level. Ordered through Amazon. Quit working after 4 months. Contacted Moen customer support. "Try pushing on the blades with a wooden spoon" - sum total of their technical support. Since it was clearly frozen, "as a courtesy, we will send you a replacement." Really!! Two weeks later, no shipment notification. I again contacted Moen. I was advised, because of the pandemic that it would be another couple of weeks before it would leave the warehouse in Nevada. I spoke to a supervisor and asked why, if you have it in stock in Nevada, why it would take a month? So, consider this before choosing Moen over say Insinkerator, which I will buy and install today.
