I ordered these new brush heads with the understanding that they are original Sonicare brushes. They are not. They are cheap knock-offs. My wife and I have been using the Sonicare system for over ten years. We both replaced our brushes with these and they broke almost immediately. The brush "sleeve" slid off the brush "shaft" and was rusty underneath. As I mentioned, a long time user and I have never had that happen. These were not significantly less expensive so I expected authentic brushes. Buyer beware.
