UPDATE: Seller reached out to offer a refund. Unfortunately, the refund was only on the table if I removed my review first. They were only willing to rectify the situation if I did something for them first. Not because they sold me a worthless product. So since the seller ALSO has bad customer service, I thought that warranted an update to my review. I purchased these for my son. They look great and he can hear well through them but no one can hear him through the Mic. I have double checked all the settings and even tried them on my PC and Xbox and its the same issue on all of them. People can only hear us speak if we shout into them otherwise we sound like we are super far away. Unfortunately, there is no point to a headset with a mic of the Mic isnt useable so we will have to purchase something else.
