Amazon, no help. Contact Shark to wait 15 minutes each time, hung up on twice. 3rd time, guy tells me so sorry, that will be $95 plus $39.95 shipping. But for today, I can give you a 1 time exception and ship the parts for half price. Remember, this machine is $350 and defective manufacturing rendered it useless after 4 months of normal cleaning. Finally get a super involved after again, waiting forever, and will ship the part just this once at no cost, and will reduce the shipping to $19.95... I asked about free shipping of course, because I don't feel I should even have to pay that. I was advised that 4 months is normal wear and tear and that I should have to be realistic and pay something for replacement parts; company will take no further responsibility. Good luck if you decide to purchase this product. It does have high suction, the unit is not very easy to push, as when you tip it to vacuum all that weight is now resting on your arm. I have another Shark we moved out to our RV and its nearly 7 years old. So we felt comfortable with the Company to invest into the newer model.
