I purchased this unit in June of 2018. It quit working on April 12, 2019. There was no cause as to why it quit. One moment it was working, and the next it wasn't. After troubleshooting I found that it was the unit that failed. I attempted to contact Bionaire on three different times but they failed to ever respond to my request for contact. This unit was less than a year old and should not have failed. It was not run continuously; the total running time was around 60 - 90 hours in the months I owned it. I am giving this unit a one star, not because of the unit itself. When it was running, it ran quite well and I was quite happy with it. I am giving this unit a one star because of Bionaire's LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT for their products.
