I like this computer. The only problem I have been having is the keyboard and the mouse. Every time I restart the computer, the keyboard and mouse does not work. Somehow it’s not recognized by the computer anymore. It’s very annoying because it’s connected via Bluetooth I think. I have to use my laptops mouse to have the computer re-recognize both the devices. It turns on and off automatically. Edited: I changed my star rating to 1 because there is no negative rating. This product is worthless. I purchased it on the 1st of October and on the 5th of November it stopped working. I contacted Amazon (Adrian and Badrinath) after hours of chatting told me they can’t do anything because return date has expired. They had me call the manufacturer because according to Badrinath, they can’t contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer offered repair service which will take 7-10 business days from the day they receive the item. Then I have to wait to get it back. I have stuff due on the 8th that I needed this computer for. The reason for purchasing was for my articles. Now, I don’t have any computer, nor any replacement computer, no refunds and I have to go spend more money on buying a new computer from Bestbuy so I can work on my stuff while waiting for manufacturer. Waste of money. Horrible service from Amazon.
