I believe I got a fake product. I had borrowed my housemates shampoo and I loved it so much that I ordered the same one. Hers was bought in the store however. Once I began using my shampoo I noticed that the cream was mint green. I was confused as I didn’t remember my housemates shampoo being mint green. Then as I put it in my hair I felt that it smelled more like sweet candy cane. I smelled my housemates shampoo and it had a different smell to it. I then also put some of her shampoo in my hand and noticed that it was white, I also took some of my own shampoo and it was certainly mint green. Then I checked the bottles and my bottle said “made in Canada” while hers + all of her other 5 OGX bottles said “made in USA” Seeing other reviews photos in here and seeing that theirs says made in USA too means that some here seems to get fake shampoos of this product while others get the authentic one. Looking at one star reviews it seems like others have been unlucky too. Now I’m nervous how my hair will be after using this shampoo...others who got fake ones seems to have gotten very dry scalps. Which is unfortunate since I’ve been treating my dry scalp for a month now and it finally got better. Hoping I can get my money back, I am NOT happy.
