Unsafe Product
I bought this lid three weeks ago-----was very happy with the looks and the fit over my pan. Tonight I sauteed a salmon steak. I turned the heat off and went to ready my place setting when there was an explosion. The glass lid shattered into many pieces ruining the lid and dinner. This product is totally unsafe. If someone was near the stove they would have sustained injuries, As is, I have a big mess to clean up.
